Many kids with physical disabilities have limited opportunities for play due to the high cost of adaptive equipment (limited insurance coverage), assistive technology, high cost of special needs toys, and a limited number of events tailored for children with medically complex issues.
AdaptoPlay is dedicated to improving the quality of life of children (aging from birth to seventeen years of age) with differing abilities by providing low tech solutions to reduce limitations and improve their ability to participate in play and mobility activities so they are better equipped to interact and participate more with their peers.

AdaptoPlay serves children with a primary diagnosis of physical disability birth to seventeen.
Some disabilities that AdaptoPlay serves include: Spinal Cord Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Cerebral Palsy, Amputee, Muscular Dystrophy, Neuromuscular Disease, Deaf/Hearing Impaired, Blind/Vision Impaired, and Ambulatory.
